Hi I'm running out of space on my two Hitachi Deskstar TK3000 HDS723030ALA640. For some reason they are not available anymore in Sweden. Perhaps discontinued. I'm wondering what 3TB drives would...

Make sure you update to 4.2.16 or later before adding them. It'll be fine.
