Hi I'm running out of space on my two Hitachi Deskstar TK3000 HDS723030ALA640. For some reason they are not available anymore in Sweden. Perhaps discontinued. I'm wondering what 3TB drives would...
There are some published articles suggesting that mismatched drives might actually make the raid array more reliable, since they might age differently (and are perhaps less likely to fail at the same time).
