Mixing drive makes/models within a NAS?
Hi, do any problems ever arise from mixing hard drives from different manufacturers and/or different model numbers? For example if I already have 2x Seagate ST2000DL003 drives and wanted to add a W...
Also note if you get a ST2000DL0003 drive you need the firmware CC3D. At a minimum CC3C as CC32 drives can't be upgraded to CC3D firmware.
