I'm not sure why someone unable to determine that information would need it for any reason. For that matter, why would someone who knows how need it except in a recovery attempt? None of it is under your control when you use the NAS GUI.
In addition to mdstat.log, lsblk.log, sgdisk.log, and partitions.log can tell you more about the drive partitioning. The default block order for MDADM is left-symmetric, and I see no reason Netgear would choose anything else.
