Why my nas netgear Ready NAS 104 is re-synchronizing

suddendly my nas was not working good
looking to the display it is sre-ynchronizing
why is happening?

    Anyway, there are no changes to the health - you are still seeing the one command timeout on each drive.  I don't find that concerning, as it has not increased during the resync.

    If the RAID is re-syncing, then one of the drives dropped out of the array.  That's usually because there is a fault in the drive and the re-sync will either ultimately just fail, or the drive will fall out again.  Because of the slow CPU and limited memory of the 104, it's not unusual that access to the NAS during re-sync is limited.

     

    RAIDar should be able to show you which drive is re-syncing and what the progress is.  If it's not progressing, then the drive is definately bad.  If you come back with the RAIDar status, we can point you to the best next step.
