Why my nas netgear Ready NAS 104 is re-synchronizing
suddendly my nas was not working good looking to the display it is sre-ynchronizing why is happening?

Likely triggered the spam filter. You can PM me (using the envelope link in the upper right of the forum page) if this happens again, as I can release spam. Or wait for a mod to get to it.
Anyway, there are no changes to the health - you are still seeing the one command timeout on each drive. I don't find that concerning, as it has not increased during the resync.

I redacted the log zip file - it shouldn't be shared publicly as there is privacy leakage.
One thing you should fix is the problem with email alerts not getting through. This could be a simple password problem, but you might also need to disable two factor authentication and all "less secure apps" in your gmail account settings.
You appear to be letting the NAS reboot while the resync is in progress. Don't let that happen, it increases the risk of data loss.
