Netgear isn't going to provide an alternative, so you will need to find something else.
There are a couple of options people have discussed here, but if you want some useful advice here, then you need to tell us more on how you used ReadyCloud. Many used it for mainly for backup, others to get remote access for themselves, or for sharing files with others. You won't find one solution for all of these service.
