NAS RN214 will not boot up
hello.....was trying to upgrade the firmware on my NAS RN21400. something happened during the upgrade and now the sysytem will not boot up and is not accessible via the web portal. Display shows boo...

tried twice....defaults to a boot menu and stays there. in teh instructions there is comething called a Backup button. where / what is this located at??

thank you stephen. Will this delete the files I have stored on the NAS currently?

No. It will
- reset the nas admin password to password
- reset the network configuration to use DHCP with no bonding
- turn off volume quota
Other settings shouldn't be changed, and data shouldn't be affected.
