Need a replacement Disk Tray

I am missing one drive tray for a readynas 104. You'd think that something like this would be easy to find but I have had no luck. How/where can I buy one?   Thank you!

    It looks like they provided you an accessory RMA for a new tray (btw NETGEAR part code  290-10217-01)
