Need some guidence for set up my nas

I have a Readynas 104, and I allways have 2 small disk in it.

And I had MySQL server on it, php and phpmyadmin.

Then I use other windows pc on network with kodi, and I got it connected to my mysql server and so on.....

Anyway, now it was time for me to upgrade the diskspace on my nas, so I did a factory reset and started over with my new disks.

And installed MySQL server, php and phpmyadmin, and created a user for kodi to use again.

Now I cant connect to my MySQL server from any other windows pc in the network.

How to EASY fix that?
(I am not using linux or other thing that a windows 10 pc)
