Netdata on ReasyNAS 628X
Given that the Netdata NT plugin for ReadyNAS hasn't been updated in 6 years, I was wondering if anyone could tell me if there are any reasons simply logging into the CLI and installing via Netdata's own installer script might fail.
ReadyNAS 628X
OS v6.10.7
Thanks!

FWIW, many of the apps (including this one) were put together by ReadyNAS customers, who had little incentive to keep them up to date.
This isn't an app I use, so I can only make a general observation.
The ReadyNAS OS is on a very small (4 GB) partition on the disks. You don't want this to get full, as that can result in corrupted configuration files. ReadyNAS apps generally install the application software and data into /apps (which is a mount point for /data/.apps on the data volume) to avoid this problem.

For what its worth, I ended up just creating a directory under /apps and installing the Prometheus node exporter, as its written in Go and is a single binary. It provides essentially the same function as the netdata install would have, but much easier to deal with.

Good to know, thanks for following up.
