Netgear Model RND2000-100 NAS
My unit is sick. I have it backed up completely but I need a Netgear Model RND2000-100 NAS unit that is working properly. I'll pay big bucks for a used one that works so that I can download the backup to it and then I can transfer the files to me new server. Any help anybody? I am not an expert.

Can you confirm that this is a Duo v1? If it is, it will say "ReadyNAS Duo" on the front panel. If it says "ReadyNAS Duo v2" or anything else, then please let us know what it says. Ignore other labels.

What format is the backup disk? You shouldn't need to get a used NAS (which would be at least 10 years old btw) to transfer the data.
