Hi,
In short: Go for an APC UPS.
In long...
How do I use uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) with my ReadyNAS OS 6 storage system?
How do I add a UPS to my ReadyNAS OS 6 storage system?
ReadyNAS OS 6: USB Port use says:
"Question: Are UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supplies) supported?
Answer: Yes, however only APC UPS have been tested to date. In practice, you would use the lower speed USB 2.0 port for a UPS. Other manufactuer's UPS products may work if they provide the same Application programming Interface (API) and USB Driver."

I don't see many issues posted here on APC UPS. So that is a good choice. FWIW, I use CyberPower, and have no issues with it.

While I have no problem with mine, some folks have had issues with certain model Eaton UPS's.
ReadyNAS uses NUT (Network UPS Tools) for UPS You can find their compatibility list here: https://networkupstools.org/stable-hcl.html.
