Check the windows credential manager on the PC that works, and see if there is a credential stored for the NAS there.
Try creating a credential on the new PC for the IP address that uses a username that matches one on fhe NAS. Include the password if you want to automatically connect without needing to enter it.

RAIDar is not actually used to access the NAS. It's a discovery tool and can launch a web browser for the admin GUI if you select "Admin Page" or Windows Explorer of you select "Browse". Based on your error message, I believe you are doing the latter, so the issue is with Windows Explorer. Please confirm, as that is the direction StephenB is going as well.
You are not prompted for a user name and password when you try this?
