New to Ready nas ultra 2

Hi Need some serius help. I havn´t been using my nas but now i thougt, that i would give it another go. I have installed it ones before for many years ago but now I can´t. I dont know if its win 10 ...

How are you trying to access the NAS?  ReadyCloud?  Or from File Explorer?
