NS 104, how to back up a second PC disk
C: works for years, a user has to be moved off to recover C: space Added 😧 and can not get NAS BACK UP to find drive. All other C: drive work What to try?

Hard to tell without knowing what you are talking about. I can't find anything called NS104.
This place is for routers. They don't have much to do with hard drives, unless you are talking about USB storage.
Maybe you are asking about a network attached storage (NAS) device. There's a place to ask for help with those.

Ignore michaelkenward , your post has been moved to the proper area. However, he is correct in that you have not given enough information. The fact that your D : got changed to 😧 doesn't help. But where is this D drive located? On a Windows PC? What do you mean you can't get the NAS "back up"? You mean you can't get it to backup the D drive? If you are using ReadyCloud, pointing it to drives other than C has always been an issue. But ReadyCloud is going away, anyway, so you need to look for another solution if that is your issue.
Please post more complete information on what you need to do and in what way it isn't working, and we'll try to give you some assistance.
