NV+ is freezing my network

Something similar is happening on my Ultra 4. When it is connected to the network nothing else is available and nothing shows in Windows Explorer Network. The NAS is totally unresponsive and the only way to close it down is by holding the power button down until it shuts down inelegantly. The Ultra is the designated Master Browser, not sure if that is important.
Nobody in Netgear is responding to my post either (you will see it a few down from yours) so I will continue to play with it. An NV on the same network is working perfectly.
