NV+ stuck after upgrading to 1MB memory

My NV+ is stuck on boot (still "booting" after waiting overinght).  I ugraded from factory 400DDR SODIMM 256k to 1MB 400DDR using an approved brand.  I ran the memory test and the memory passed.  Any thoughts other than re-installing the smaller SODIMM?  I have updated to the latest Raidator F/W and it booted without issue following the F/W upgrade.  Running 4X 2TB Seagate barracude drives in RAIDX array.

I think you meant 256 MB and 1 GB.

The NV+ is quite picky on the memory, and there have been some cases reported here where memory passed the test but still resulted in various problems.

So I think the next step is definitely to reinstall the older SODIMM.

I had noticed this as well and purchased a 1MB stick from Amazon listed as OE supplied for the NV+.  It's DDR400 PC3200 and listed as:

      1GB STICK For NETGEAR ReadyNAS NV+ RND Series RND4000. SO-DIMM DDR NON-ECC PC3200 400MHz RAM Memory. Genuine A-Tech Brand.

Any idea what brand/SKU product # WILL work with my NV+ in 1GB SODIMM size?
