Keep a watch on changes in the reallocated sector count and the spin retry count. Increases in both counts are associated with failing drives.
I'd suggest configuring the email alerts, so you don't need to remember to monitor them.
BTW, normal advice from Netgear is to replace disks with 50 (or more) reallocated sectors.
