NVX UPS error with Emerson GXT MT+

Tough one - I assume you are connected via USB? I believe NUT is the UPS monitoring package that handles USB and now SNMP monitoring of the UPS's but support for Emerson/Liebert would need to be added for the UPS to be recognized. I requested it in April of 2011 (http://www.readynas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=52365&p=297844) but there may not be enough people using that brand UPS to warrant the addition. Each time a new FW comes out I try and connect to a GXT 2 over the network and see if it recognizes the unit but it does not as of FW 4.2.20 T28.

In any case it may also be possible to manually add support via SSH but as I don't have experience doing so I cannot give you any pointers there.

You could try calling Netgear and requesting Emerson support be added or requesting it via the forum - unless anyone else can post a how-to for adding support for Emerson UPS's?
