Occasional Community forum login problem
I joined the Netgear forums five years ago using an ISP domain email address that is no longer active. I know the forums were reorganized last year and I manged to get into my profile here by using the stored username/password in my browser and changed my email address and password - which is why I can log in and post here still. But sometimes, not always, if I click a link to community.netgear.com I land on an Arlo page with my old login email and get "Access Denied" if I try my new login details. My old password doesn't work and I have no way to reset it now.
What's really crazy is that the page showing "Access Denied" has me logged-in at the top. Not a complete show stopper as I can click on through to the forums but it's kind of annoying.
Hello AdrianM,
I was informed that there might be a disconnect between your new community account and old account that was imported to the new community powered by Lithium, which email addresses did you use and which one would prefer to keep?
Regards,
