Old Product Registration
I have an old Readynas Duo that was registered prior to 'new' netgear.com". When I tried to reregister said already registered. How can I 'move' it to show up with newer products? Thanks!
Oh well, thanks for the info. I appreciate the quick response! I tried to login using the old email account and it didn't recognize it.

It's obviously still in the system somewhere. The mods should be able to help - maybe send them a private message (envelope icon on the top right of the forum) with the old email address and serial number.
