OS 6.2.2 UI Bug!
Hey guys, the OS 6.2.2 FW has a bug in the UI, seen both on 104 and now 316.
The browser based GUI doesn't have any vertical scroll bars. Even zooming out doesn't always show all the info. The screens all really need scroll bars and PLEASE REDUCE the top banner vertical size! It takes up 20% of the vertical space- and resizes with zoom in/out, so no way to get more visibility.
The popup info boxes when hovering over an individual drive in the graphic is also not all visible (outside of visible area) on some of the drives.
On Logs page, I have to zoom out 3 levels to see the navigation buttons (my zoom level has text about 10pt).
I can change browser settings to 'Zoom text only' and hide lower status bar, but that really shouldn't be necessary for a proper interface.
Thanks.

Available Apps: Cannot scroll vertically without mouse. Keyboard arrow keys don't work. - NetworkedinPAAspirantHow about GUI access to HDD SMART?
PHPSysInfo does it. Or is it in Frontview and I missed it? - mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredUnder System > Volumes when you move your mouse over the disk you should see e.g. ATA errors.
In the logs zip file in smart_history.log import changes to SMART values are logged. Current values (including for some values not shown in smart_history.log) are shown in disk_info.log - NetworkedinPAAspirantYep, saw that part. Matter of fact, that's one of the items that will spill off the window, can't see it all. Try PHPSysInfo, see things like LCC (a big deal for WDC customers) and all the stats, not just errors.

I agree it should be fixed. Very simple to do.
Tip: clicking both mouse buttons at the same time enables mouse scrolling on most laptops in Windows. Can't say for Linux, I usually run it VM or on dedicated equipment that do not require mouse scrolls. - hmuessigLuminaryHere is another bug . . . with 6.2.2
In Shares/Shares the shares are sorted Upper Case share names first, followed by lower case share names. So "iTunes" follows "ZAP" for example.
If you choose Shares/Browse the shares are listed in alpha order regardless of case.
This inconsistency scared the HELL out of me after I upgraded to 6.2.2 as I have two very important shares whose names start with a lower case "a" as in "a_ Photos" I thought they were gone!
Thanks!

Pain in a neck on my lenovo laptops - where I am using the built-in touchpad buttons with the trackpoint.NetworkedinPA wrote: ...Tip: clicking both mouse buttons at the same time enables mouse scrolling on most laptops in Windows...
There's no reason to make this hard, a standard scroll bar for the smart stats is all that is needed. hmuessig wrote: Here is another bug . . . with 6.2.2

This annoys me a lot too, couldn't work out if it was a bug or a feature.- StephenBGuru - Experienced User
That of course is how a normal sort of ASCII characters works out. Z is 0x5A, a is 0x61.hmuessig wrote: If you choose Shares/Browse the shares are listed in alpha order regardless of case.
Not sure this is a bug exactly, I guess it depends on what you expect the order to be. Are you saying you'd like a case-insensitive sort?
For example- h-whatever
iTunes
ITUNES
J-whatever
instead of- ITUNES
J-whatever
h-whatever
iTunes
