part number of RN212 disk tray
Does anyone happen to know the part number of ReadyNAS 212 Disk Tray's part number?
I am requesting a replacement, because the release latch on one of the tray is loose.
I stayed online with support for 2 hours, but apparently the part number is no where to be found...

The accessory is sold as RTRAY05-10000S or 290-10759-01 (internal code). Support should be able to RMA your Disk Tray if it broke as long as you are within warranty. Please PM me your case number where the agent had you wait two hours looking for a part code. Thanks.
