Please re-enable snapshot resizing!
I desperately need to specify larger snapshots. My data grows faster than 10GB/day and I cannot complete my backups before the snapshots fill up and invalidate, causing my backups to fail.
This feature has been listed for "a future release" in every firmware version I've ever had, back about a year. Please allow larger snapshots!

To answer your question, I have received confirmation from multiple Netgear reps that it is NOT currently possible to resize snapshots without a factory reset. I have requested through multiple channels that this functionality be restored in a future firmware release.

Snapshot resizing on Ext4 is still not safe, so we need to be a little careful with this as there's a good chance your data will encounter corruption.- I'm glad you're being careful to avoid data corruption, but isn't this a proprietary solution? Or are you saying this is a known issue with Linux? I'm just saying I would like the resources devoted to fixing it, not re-enabling it with problems.
- Please re-enable the snaphsot resizing. I'm having the same issue that my 10GB snapshot gets invalidated and then the backups work no more.

Can I modify a snapshot without factory reset by only deleting an existing volume and creating it again?
