First - you have it backwards. You choose the best NAS to fit your needs, and then choose the drives to populate it.
Second - are you sure of the model number? I can find references to an ST33000650NS (Constellation) and an ST33000651AS (Barracuda XT). Both have 5 year warranties, but only the Constellation ST33000650NS has the rotational vibration safeguard. Both are on most of the x-86 Hardware Compatibility Lists (HCL).
There are basically 9 models of ReadyNAS that have this drive on their HCL. Everything from the Ultra 2 (2 bay, $320 diskless on Newegg) to the Pro 6 (6 bay, $980 diskless on Newegg).
