Power down or freeze only on weekends???

The first thought I have is to check Disk scrub. Set to 8 weeks, if on one week.
Are there any scheduled backups at weekends? There must be some coinciding event.
Is it possible that you download logs, and PM or put up a web link? Thanks Marto.
