Power down or freeze only on weekends???

Do you have a backup?
I see that at least one of your disks and possibly two are failing.
Two of your disks have a non-zero current pending sector count.
Your disks are not on our compatibility list. I don't recommend using WD Green disks.
Your Load Cycle Counts on these disks are huge. It doesn't look like you've changed the WDIDLE3 timeout.
If you look at disk_smart.log there is a problem with /dev/sdb and possibly /dev/sdc as well.
Also you are running old firmware. Once you have an up to date backup and have replaced the faulty disks (one at a time, wait for resync to complete before moving onto the next disk).
