Pro 6 - 2x2GB PC2-6400 800MHz
Tested the below in a ReadyNAS Pro 6. Works fine, and ran the Memory Test for 8 hours (8 complete passes, and part way through the 9th) before I stopped it. Heat spreaders on them are tiny, so not a problem at all fitting :).
