ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCHThis has been an issue for a couple of years, so you must not have logged in recently. Your NAS doesn't support TLS 1.2, and most new browsers require that protocol.
You can work around the problem using Firefox. Set security.tls.version.min to 1 (browse to about:config and search for the setting).
Once you have access, there are a couple of other options, but they depend on exactly what model you have. Are you running:
- 4.1.x firmware?
- 5.3.x firmware? or
- 4.2.x firmware?

What RAID mode are you using? Normally you don't need to format the disk from the UI, that is done automatically.
Also, what disk model do you want to install? Some use shingled magnetic recording (SMR), which are not good choices for RAID.

Thanks, I did it, you were very kind, as HDD I wanted to put a solid disk because I only use the NAS for network-connected TVs where I record various films and access them with the various TVs and decoders, do you think it could work?

The only other option is to modify the system with ssh to allow you to access Frontview with HTTP (unencrypted). More information (with some instructions) is here:

It won't make much (if any) difference in performance, as the NAS is limited by its CPU. Folder browsing could be noticeably faster (not sure, as I haven't tried it with my own Duo).
One aspect is that the ReadyNAS application has no support for TRIM.
You'd also need to find a bracket to let you fix a 2.5" drive to the tray. This would need to align the SATA and power connections in exactly the same location as a 3.5" drive.
Personally I'd stick with traditional 3.5 inch NAS-purposed drives for this NAS. There are some NMVE NAS on the market that youi could look into as a replacement for the Duo. These would give you much faster performance, particularly if you can connect them to a multigig switch or router port.
