Thanks for the info! I actually got them back in order by looking at the "disk_identify.log" that was from July and found them by their serial number. Such a relief! Now, I'm going to number them and see if I can recover some data.

Note that we do sell some data recovery services (we do software based data recovery only). It's definitely a help when users have had the foresight to download the logs before running into issues and have kept those in a safe place.
