- mrbangusOct 14, 2016AspirantThanks JennC. I've been communicating with mdgm regarding the data recovery. I've been trying to email the logs to mdgm, but the email keeps bouncing back to me stating the file is too big. I've got everything else set to be looked at. How can I get the log files to mdgm without it bouncing? The bounced email states that Netgear has denied the email, so it's not my email server. Is there any specific way I should zip the files (.zip or .rar). When I .zip it, it's 977kb. When I use .rar it's 478kb. I need to get these files to him.
