RAIDiator 5.3.10 Problems and Toshiba HD

Anyone else had problems following upgrading to 5.3.10?
I'm running a ReadyNAS NV+ V2 with 2 off 3TB Seagates ST3000DM001-9YN166 HD's (Disks 1 and 2), and a 3TB Toshiba DT01ACA300 HD (Disk 3). It was working fine for ages running 5.3.8 but within hours of upgrading to 5.3.10 it indicated a disk failure on HD1. I removed the Disk and re-inserted it and it worked fine again for a few hours and then told me HD2 had failed. Over the course of the next few days the whole NAS gradually because unusable.
I raised a case with Netgear Support (who have been terrific all the way through this) who sent me a replacement NAS running 5.3.8. It worked fine until, again following the upgrade to 5.3.10 it indicated a HD failure.
Rinse and Repeat as above.
I've removed all of the disks and tested them on my PC using the Vendors Testing utilities on Extensive Diagnostics mode 3 times each with no failures at all.
The NAS is powered from a UPS which powers nothing else.
Netgear Support pointed out that the Toshiba 3TB isn't on the Compatibility List, but it seems a bit odd that it would work with 5.3.8 and not 5.3.10.
Anyhow anyone else experiencing any problems with Toshiba HD and RAIDiator 5.3.10?

Cheers

Andy.
