RDNP4000 - J13 Pin
Recently I disassembled my readynas and it has not in the J13 pin connector. Other pictures attach has it. Is necessary add this pin. http://www.ixbt.com/storage/storage-netgear-ultra4/board-b.jp...

Hi BrianL,
The unit not woriking very well, when the firmware change the eeprom need to modify. I saw some pictures and I don´t know if necesary block with jumper the 1st, 2nd and 3th column of J13.

At this point if you are the original purchaser from an authorised reseller I would try and do an RMA if the unit is under warranty. But if I remember correctly you have a second hand unit so it would be OOW.
Can you boot the NAS to tech support mode and let me know the 5-digit code? This will be the last time I try to fix this. I think there is something wrong with this unit which would not be surprising if you picked this up second hand.- puxho30Mar 16, 2016Aspirant
