Do you get the same results in accessing this sme folder when you use ReadyCloud on a web browser?
Also, are you using the main ReadyCloud account when accessing it?

Thanks for your support so far. I have now managed to gain access using ReadyCloud on a web browser by granting folder access to my readycloud account from the admin login.
All is well in this respect and I can see all of my files and upload download to my hearts content
My only concern, I just wanted to confirm with you (or somebody) that I am using the sysyem in the right wat with repect to login and accounts etc.
I half expected my newly created readycloud account to be the admin account. As it stands I am using the admin login for all these tasks. If that is how its meant to work that is fine.
In practise it must mean that I can only access the main admin page if I am at home where my LAN is.
One final point I note there is a sub-folder created from the home folder thast matches my readycloud account userename.
