Ready NAS 104 inactive volume

Hi,

I needhelp with crash of ma RN 104 nas. I have 4 TB drives on X-RAID, I got warning of errors on disk 1, system was resyncing. I shut it off, bought new  4TB drive, put it inside, but i see picture of 3 red drives ( the old ones ) and the new one is grey ( even if I formated it ).

On posted picture you see 3 volumes ( green data-0 and data-1 and blue data ). 5,46 ( or 5,44 ) is aproximately size of my files.

I can´t read the files and I don´t know what to do ?

Should I delete two volumes of three ? And which ?  Or how can I save my data ? ( I have backup of some important files, but many of the others I don´t have backuped.

Thx a lot for your help !
