Ready NAS 214 NOT showing on Virgin Media TiVo

Have 3 TiVo boxes in my house through Virgin Media. For a long time have seen the 3 TiVo boxes on any TV I use therefore can watch any item on said boxes via my home network. My query is as well as seeing TiVo boxes I could see my Ready Nas 214 in the Virgin set up, obviously being another storage medium for use through Virgin set up, for some reason it has now disappeared (had never tried using). If an answer is available would be most helpful. Awaiting response from Virgin but not hopeful as not there product.
