Ready NAS NV+ & Sagemcom F@st 2864
I had Bell Canada Fibe TV installed in my home. They changed the modem/router to a Sagemcom F@st 2864. My Ready NAS NV+ is now usually super slow, but not always. Do you have any suggestions?

I'm not seeing any on-line specs for the Sagemcom F@st 2864. If it is a fast-ethernet (100 mbit) device then the NAS speed will be limited to 10-11 megabytes per second over ethernet. How slow is "superslow"?
I need 802.3x flow control in my ethernet switches, as I have 2 older media players on my network that need that when playing video from my NAS. The cheapest Netgear switches that claim 802.3x flow control support are the GS105e (5 port) or GS108e (8 port). The "T" line also supports 802.3x (GS108T, etc) All these models are a bit pricey.
A dlink DGS-1008 is less expensive and should also work (I have an older dlink switch that works quite well with the NV+).
