Ready NAS RNDP6620-100NAS
I cannot find this model on NETGEAR's web site....any idea where I can find info on this model?

I agree that it's not there. The Pro models on the support site have -200NAS.

Just started with this company and have one of these devices on the network….no password furnished by the outgoing sysadmin. The NAS is on its last leg and I need to access it, but cannot find any info on that model…
First of all, stick to one thread.
You have a ReadyNAS Pro-6. You can reset the admin password using the procedure on pages 28-29 here: http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/RNDU2000/ReadyNAS_Ultra_UltraPlus_NVX_Pro_HW_en_8July11.pdf
You want the option to do an "OS Reinstall". That will reset the admin password to "netgear1" and also reset the IP address configuration to use DHCP.
If the system cannot find a DHCP server it will failover to IP address 192.168.168.168. You can directly connect the NAS to a PC (setting a suitable temporary IP address on the PC). No crossover is needed.
