ReadyCloud Web Link Share Download Error

Hello,

ReadyCloud is showing error when download share file through Web Link (see screenshot and error below). The issue seems to be connecting to the host, rc-z2-r1-i1.io.netgear.com. Please kindly help checking on this. Thanks.

The error message is
Can’t connect securely to this page
This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings. If this keeps happening, try contacting the website’s owner.

Welcome to the Community!

This issue should now be resolved.

There were servers identified that caused the issue and was fixed by updating DNS. You should be able to perform upload/download on ReadyCloud portal and Apps now.

The same problem is happening to me, and that flaw is from the netgear servers, perform tests in the iOS and Widows operating system, the failure was detected since last week, hopefully the engineering staff can correct this failure as soon as possible. regards!!
