ReadyNAS 102 not working

Hi,
Still, I can't access nas through ready cloud app on laptop. I have tried on 2 different computers but still same issue. I get error message as system offline on both computers.
When I tried through admin page, under cloud settings, ready cloud shows off. And when I tried to switch on the cloud with username and password, I get the following error message " something is preventing the ready cloud to go online. Please reboot your nas". When I do that I get the same message.

Please make sure UPnP is enabled on the admin page's Settings > Services.

Hello JennC,
UPnP is already enabled in settings. Readynas is still notworking. There is something else going own which is preventing it to go online.

Hello SGsydney,
How's the Internet and Services under Cloud tab of the admin page? Maybe try adding 8.8.8.8 as secondary DNS on the network settings of the ReadyNAS through the admin page.

Hi JennC,
internet and services are ticked green in admin. and i am not good with networking so i do not know how to add dns server. i bought nas only to access my files anywhere through the cloud app. Please help me to fix this.
