ReadyNAS 102 not working

Hi there,   My nas102 stopped working on my laptop since I updated to new firmware 6.7.5. on the laptop, it shows offline and doesn't connect. but I can access admin page and can access NAS through...

Please make sure UPnP is enabled on the admin page's Settings > Services.

Hello JennC,

 

UPnP is already enabled in settings. Readynas is still notworking. There is something else going own which is preventing it to go online.

    Hello SGsydney,

     

    How's the Internet and Services under Cloud tab of the admin page? Maybe try adding 8.8.8.8 as secondary DNS on the network settings of the ReadyNAS through the admin page.

      Hi JennC,

       

      internet and services are ticked green in admin. and i am not good with networking so i do not know how to add dns server. i bought nas only to access my files anywhere through the cloud app. Please help me to fix this.
