ReadyNAS 104 in X-RAID mode does not expand adding more disksroman, Tips from other users

I have a readynas 104 with 3 x 3TB drives and all is OK with 6 TB of storage in RAID 5. I added another disk 3TB. The unit accepts it and seems to put it online but does not increase the volume size ...
