Hello!
Thank you, rather new to this.
A happy new year to you also.
I'm not running any apps at all, only the services SMB, NFS, Ready DLNA, HTTP, HTTPS and AntiVirus.
Upgraded from 6.4.0
I do have the Bit-rot protection turned on.
Logs? Unfortunately I had them removed earlier yesterday, saw nothing as warnings or errors just information, thus that action taken.
The thing that I noted about the snapshot function, which I had to disable as it seemed to be taking one each hour os so, had 58 of them taking 1.25 TB
and the first one was from late 2013 sep-oct. Once a month should have been about 24, so after update about 30 something taken.
Erased all except the last one.
All the best

Well you could send them in anyway.
There is a known issue on 6.4.1 where performance may be poor with the anti-virus service enabled.
Whilst we don't have a fix for that particular issue yet, we do have some beta firmware: https://community.netgear.com/t5/ReadyNAS-Beta-Release/ReadyNASOS-6-4-2-T59-Beta-1/td-p/999457/jump-to/first-unread-message

Have you tried disabling the anti-virus service and/or updating to the beta firmware as mentioned in my previous post?

Hi again!
I have now disabled AV and that does work as far as I can tell now, doesn't feel that good, as security is always at the prio list.
I would rather not install any Beta versions, have had some past issues regarding that (not with Netgear).

I'm experiencing a similar issue. Nothing on the network is able to find any media on the NAS since upgrading to 6.4.1. This was working previously on 6.2.x. I've downgraded to 6.4.0 and it's still not working. I, too, would rather not go to beta software. I have no 3rd party Apps, A/V is disabled and Bit Rot is enabled. I've even rescanned the system under the ReadyDLNA settings and still nothing can find media files utilizing DLNA.
