ReadyNAS 104 show error b+4b every morning
Every morning for the last two weeks my ReadyNAS 104 is stuck and displays an error message in the display. The error code is "b+4b". Any ideas why this happens? What can I do to fix this problem? ...
Download the logs and search systemd-journal.log to see if that contains more details on the "b+4b" error.
Is there an overnight task, like a backup job, that might be triggering it? If so, can you disable it for one night and see it that is the trigger?

That makes more sense, but doesn't change the next steps.
Something running in the NAS is crashing, and you need to figure out what that something is. Downloading the log zip and looking in the various logs for the crash might help. Systematically disabling services/apps might also help rule things out.
