I am thinking that you have no backup for the data - is that correct?

Yes, slip of the fingers, another NAS and I have no backup for the approx 7Tb of data on the 4 discs so was wondering if there is another Netgear NAS that is compatible that I could just put the disks into and they would work. I did try to copy some of the files using Windows but the transfer rate is so slow it would be impossible to backup any useful amount.
I've tried downloading logs via Radarr but it says "not a valid username and password even though it is the correct one.I used for the Admin page in the past The same thing happens if I try Diagnostics in Radarr

I have finally managed to get into the admin page. I can select between the various menu options but no matter which option I select nothing opens so can't view the shares, settings or logs etc, just a wheel turning in centre of screen

Is ssh enabled on the NAS?

I don't know what ssh is.
The Nas has worked perfectly for years until this problem started in the last couple of days without me changing anything on it
