I really appreciate your offer of help. I really do not understand all the log data. There are a lot of files. What specific files do you need to understand what the issue is and a possible solution?

I answered your PM.
Broadly, there are three general causes
- multiple disk failures resulting in a RAID array that can't be assembled
- an out-of-sync RAID array (often a result of a NAS crash)
- An issue with the BTRFS file system (which is installed on the RAID array), resulting in corrupted filesystem structures.
(1) is generally not recoverable.
(2) usually is recoverable, though there will be some amount of data loss.
(3) is sometimes recoverable, it depends on exactly what went wrong.
