ReadyNas 214 DLNA not broadcasting
My DLNA is no longer broadcasting to my media devices but it does show on my network on my computers. I have restarted the nas and I can access the admin page for maybe 5 minutes before it can no longer connect. When I run RAIDar it says management service is offline. The firmware is up to date, 6.10.5. But the diagostics pull all kinds of system managment errors.

No apps running and file search and antivirus are on. The issues only started after a recent power outage. I began noticing more dropouts and disconnects on one tv, then the dlna stopped showing up on all of them. The admin page is accessible for maybe five minutes after I restart the nas, then goes to the "Connecting to ReadyNAS" screen.
Try booting up the NAS using the boot option to run the memory test. Instructions for that are on pages 58-59 here: https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/READYNAS-100/ReadyNAS_%20OS6_Desktop_HM_EN.pdf
It's possible that the power outage damaged the NAS hardware (often it is associated with a surge), or that the unexpected shutdown corrupted the file system. Disabling file search, antivirus, and DLNA during your short window of access might get you past the memory issue (assuming it is not the hardware).

What apps are you running?
Do you have file search and antivirus enabled?
