It could just be the power adapter. I suggest doing a risk-buy of a compatible adapter, and see if that brings it back to life. You'll find several advertised on Amazon and other sites for around $25 USD.

The disks can be migrated to any other ReadyNAS running OS-6. With some effort you can also migrate them to an older ReadyNAS Ultra or ReadyNAS Pro.
You can alternatively connect the disks to a PC running linux, and manually assemble and mount the volume.
