I need some help , the issue I have readyNas 2304 with firm 6.10.7 ver now this Netgear on public coz I need some users to upload or download file from outside office. The result I can access this ...

Are the users connected to the main office with a VPN?
Are you able to access the admin page when outside the office? If so, are you using ReadyCloud?

- The NAS assigned public IP and can reach by FQDN but only admin page and not share folder for authorised users and also there is no vpn.

- Yes and also ftp smb the things when I type the link like this https://servername/foldername/ it's open but in this case the users only can read or download the doc but they can't upload and document
